Choosing a washing machine

A washer and dryer are two of the most essential appliances today. They are available as either two separate units, known as washer and dryer sets, or as a combination of dryer and washing machine, known as a washing machine and dryer combo. This guide gives you some detail about the things you need to know when choosing one of these devices for your home. Primary benefits if you get a combo are that you can enjoy a number of functions and additional condensation characteristics. A simple drying system is common choice. They use a bit different technology compared to normal systems, and hence are a bit more effective than regular dry systems. Another type of washers and dryers are stacked washer and dryer. Households with tight spaces are the best place for these kinds of machines. These machines come with advanced features including additional locking characteristics of the base and other sensors to detect water or heat levels, and sensors that can sense dryness. It’s easy to use automatic cycles that will make the procedure of doing laundry faster, while you sit and relax and watch the machine do all the work. Modern front loading machines are really a step ahead of older top loaders.

The installation process:
Regardless of whether you choose a portable machine or an immobile one, the installation will rarely show any change. The installation process is so easy because a machine based on condensation does not need any type of ventilation.

The purchase price:
According to the name of the brand and complexity of the machine, the prices can vary greatly. Buying a washing machine and dryer combo is all about balancing the needs. For a modest load, prices can range from $ 300 to about $ 1000.
If you are in tight budget, you can even choose a used washer and dryer. Also, if you do not have enough money to spend, but you need a new machine urgently, you can go to the washer and dryer rental or go with a lease-option that asks you to make monthly obligations.

Options
There are many types of machines out there, so choosing the best washer and dryer that can be stacked is quite challenging. The best front load washer-dryer combo is a very attractive option in terms of functionality and small footprint option. Many people also want to opt for a front-loading washer and dryer simply because it is easier to access. Typically, the most popular choice depends on the functionality and device design, and the types of options that the user might need. A washer and dryer, is the right device for you if you do not want to invest too much in a separate washer and if you plan to reduce space requirements while expecting the entire process of cleaning and drying.

Advantages and features of both types of devices to help you choose which one suits you best...
FRONT LOAD WASHER

• Consumes almost 50% less water on gentle cycle and about a third less than the normal top loader. (Except for models of Whirlpool top loader.)

• Consumes less energy than a top load Energy Star certified washer, which translates into savings of about $ 10 per year.

• In a gentle cycle, it removes more dirt than a top loader.

• Takes up less space generally than a top-loading machine.

• Offers the option of stacking a dryer over its top.

Top loader

• Removes more dirt on average in a normal cycle compared to a front load washer.

• Takes generally less time to complete a normal cycle than a front-loading washer.

• Spin average is a little better on delicate when compared to a front load washer.

• Low end models produce more noise than front loaders.

• It is more ergonomic, mainly on account of the position of the opening and the lack of seal to be cleaned.

• Takes less space commonly when compared to a non-stack-able front load washer.

Summing it up:
Overall, unless you are tight on budget, front load washers are generations ahead of top loaders. They are silent, feature packed and energy efficient. Read reviews on front load washers before you move ahead. So, if you’re on a tight budget, go for an efficient top loader, but if you’re on a normal budget, then there is no competition for a front loader.

Looking for a front load washer

So college is finally over and although economy is in really bad shape, I was lucky enough to find a job. I've been at my 'new' rented apartment for nearly an year now and laundry is starting to become a hassle! I started looking for some good front load washer reviews, but due to some recent google update, most search results are filled with blatant spam and shopping results! So, once I buy a new front load washer, I've decided to do my next post to help people find good front loaders. I am looking for some good review sites, so if I find any, I will link to it in my next post.
P.S. If you know any good review site, please leave a comment with the site's link!

Peace! <3

Are Mobiles an Addiction or our Future?

Many young people in our society have basically lost their childhood to these gadgets, and they will probably never experience teenage either.

One of the great open debates in our society is the manner in which education today needs to give young people the right tools for life. This debate does not close, because some believe children should be taught according to the world we live in, while others believe it should be done according to the world we could have. However, both groups fail to consult with young people themselves.
Both teachers and politicians claim to know the kind of education necessary to fit the world and make them useful to society, but all the educational reforms collide with their resistance in the form of so-called "school failure" in the best and violent hostility at worst.

And paradoxically, never has the learning process been as systematic as now, nor has it received so many resources. The school has moved from an education based on the tax to one based on seduction. Command and control of white and black of the multiplication table, the teacher armed with a whiteboard with colored numbers, more concerned with the procedures of content. And yet, the results do not improve, at least from the standpoint of those who have designed the educational system and the results they expected to.
Still, the "Flynn effect" predicts that each generation, the IQ increases with respect to the earlier one. So, the children end up being smarter than their parents and students smarter than their teachers. According to Flynn, changes in diet, socio-cultural, economic and technological changes, but mainly the changes in the conception of intelligence is the main reason for this change. According to all indications, this change appears increasingly at a younger age, so the parents and teachers are overwhelmed by the younger generation.
This leap forward has never been more evident than now, because it is a time of dramatic change even for young people who have unintentionally been able to teach their parents things they know. This is because they have been the ones most interested in the possibilities and applications of new technologies and they are the ones who have more rapidly incorporated technology into their daily lives.

Hence the thesis that I come to defend, which is that, given the emergence of new technologies and changing character, adults are confused, and mostly lack the necessary training to educate their use, so the young people have found a space to cope with total autonomy, both to communicate and to acquire information. Social networks, internet, and smartphones, have become places of learning and social relationships that lack of regulation and supervision of both adults and teachers.

The thing that is most strange is that the schools are not allowing the use of smart phones (smart phones) during school hours, resulting in a strange contradiction. Parents buy and authorize the use of sophisticated smart devices that prohibit teachers, while both fail to regulate their use and benefit from their educational opportunities.

One thing is very difficult for these young people to understand, and this leads them to believe one of two things. On the one hand, they are being trained to manage a world by themselves, without running any risk whatsoever, they are being taught to be fearless and use all opportunities and on the other hand they are being told not to use a good technology and being told that it’s harmful.

So, the young have found a space in their life without regulation and supervision, they are much more competent and smart than adults.  This privacy, freedom and thinking of teenagers is something that the adults can’t yet foresee. Adults basically have no idea what technology means to youngsters.
In fact, if ever, someone asked for the kind of education they want, most teenagers would probably say they are better off with their smartphone that gives them the freedom of learning whatever they want, whenever they want. Technology and new thinking is something that should be embraced, rather than opposed and outlawed. We need to understand the thinking of teenagers to cater better to their needs.

All about Perfumes!

I love perfumes! This post probably wouldn't very great in advice or info, but that's all I know. LOL! Hope you like it :)

The personality, skin, character and profession are the most important things to be considered while choosing a perfume.

See what perfume suits you most.

* Young Fragrance: Such fragrances are generally made for dynamic, practical and independent people.  They depend on the way of seeing life.
* Classic: Classic women are well aware of the fragrances they take, but also choose a scent that does not goes out of style and also goes well with every possible combination.
* Romantic: For romantic people, this is the best choice. Floral, fruit and some oriental fragrances are quite popular in this range.
* Sensual: These are essentially oriental, woody and spicy notes. They give a very ad-hoc result.

How to use a perfume?
In no event and under no circumstances should you mix two different fragrances, as that would cause a funny smell and can affect the fragrance, instead of making a good impression it can lead to bad odors. Please note that the scent is a personal care article.

Some recommendations for applying fragrances:
The application of the fragrance should be at a distance of approximately 15 to 20 cm. Always spray away from skin, as it covers a larger area and spends less perfume. There isn’t any need to rub the fragrance when you apply because it alters the notes and affects their development.

   - Do not use the fragrance when you are exposed to direct sunlight as different ingredients can react with the ultraviolet light present in sunlight and this affects the notes and can also irritate or stain skin areas where it is applied.

- You must never apply perfume on clothing or jewelry as it can stain them.  It is recommended to be applied on the skin before getting dressed and putting on jewelry. Perfumes blend better with the skin, so that’s the way they should be applied.

- Application of fragrances should be in warm areas of the body, which have good blood circulation, so that the distribution leaves a better effect.

 - When you apply the scent, you must take into account that we all have different tastes and therefore what can we like might be annoying to others, so the amount you apply should be enough to smell but not too much, as it can stun or annoy people around you, and instead of generating love, it can cause trouble.
